MUSIC
- I'm going through an alternative music phase at the moment, but I'll listen to just about anything. Lately I've been listening to...
PHOTOGRAPHYMy interest in photography came from my father, who for years has been involved with a local camera club. He taught me the basics about composition and lighting and from there I just went off and developed my own style. At the moment that style is centred around landscape HDR.
I'm inspired by the work of Tasmanian photographers Olegas Truchanas and Peter Dombrovskis, their stunning work became synonymous with campaigns to protect Tasmania's natural heritage.
I also like the works of Max Dupain, who documented Australian architecture, landscapes and beaches from the 1930's through to his death in 1992. Inspiration also comes from Ken Duncan who specialises in stunning panoramic landscapes and Trey Ratcliff's exceptional work in high dynamic range photography.
